Service Description
This practical course serves drivers completing Overseas Licence Conversion — Step 2 of 2 and requalifying drivers when DriveStar has confirmed that this practical-test stream is the correct requirement for their individual requalification pathway. Conversion customers normally use this as the final practical stage after completing the required conversion theory stage. Requalification customers do not need to be overseas-conversion customers; DriveStar will confirm whether this is the correct stream before training. Choose the training package that suits your needs: • 1 Day Refresher — $100 (1 × 1-hour session) • 3 Day Course — $250 (3 × 1-hour sessions) — Save $50 • 5 Day Course — $400 (5 × 1-hour sessions) — Save $100 — Most Popular • 10 Day Course — $750 (10 × 1-hour sessions) — Save $250 — Best Value All DriveStar training package prices above include GST. Each training day is 1 hour. Official driver-licensing application and test fees are separate and, where offered, can be added during booking. LANGUAGE PREFERENCE: Choose English, Gagana Samoa, or Lea Faka-Tonga when booking. English and Gagana Samoa are currently supported for practical training. Lea Faka-Tonga may be requested and will be confirmed only if a suitable instructor is available. IMPORTANT — CREDIT CARD SURCHARGE: Online credit card payments currently attract a 2.9% surcharge. The surcharge is shown separately before you confirm payment.
Cancellation Policy
DriveStar bookings are subject to our Terms & Conditions and Changes, Cancellations & Refunds Policy. Please request changes or cancellations at least 7 days before the affected booking or course start. With 7 or more days' notice, DriveStar will normally reschedule without a DriveStar fee and, for a cancellation before the service starts, normally refund DriveStar service fees less any irrecoverable third-party amount already committed on your behalf. Late changes, same-day cancellations, missed sessions and no-shows may result in a reasonable rebooking/cancellation amount or the affected session being treated as used where reserved capacity cannot reasonably be reallocated. Official driver-licensing application, theory-test, practical-test, resit and other third-party fees are separate unless the booking expressly states otherwise. Any card or payment-method surcharge that applies will be disclosed separately before payment. Genuine emergencies are considered individually. Nothing in this policy limits rights or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded under New Zealand law.
