NZ Learners Licence Theory & Overseas Licence Conversion Theory Course Our NZ Learners Licence Theory and Overseas Licence Conversion Theory courses are a 4-day in-class programme designed to help you understand the New Zealand Road Code clearly and confidently. Classes start every Monday and run for four full days, so learners must attend from the first day. We’re unable to accept anyone starting partway through the course. Over the four days, we take the time to explain the Road Code in a simple, easy-to-understand way to help you prepare for your theory test on Friday morning at VTNZ. We offer this course in English, Gagana Samoa, and Lea Faka-Tonga, creating a supportive and welcoming space where learners feel comfortable asking questions and learning at their own pace. Whether you’re sitting your first NZ learners licence or converting an overseas licence, this course is practical, friendly, and focused on helping you succeed. Our goal is to make sure you leave feeling confident and ready for test day. Spaces are limited, so we encourage early registration and full commitment to the 4-day course.
